1. Who we are

Amplified Insights ("we", "us") is an AI consulting business based in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and while providing services.

2. What we collect

The consultation and inquiry forms send the information you enter, such as your name, company, email, role, and operational challenge, directly to our founder's inbox when you press the send button; nothing is sent until you choose to send it. Our website chat assistant, Janice, works the same way: your chat messages are processed by our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate replies, and a conversation summary is emailed to us only if you ask Janice to send one and provide your contact details. Form and chat emails are delivered through our email provider, Resend. Chat history is kept only in your own browser for the current visit. This site does not currently use analytics or collect browsing information. See our cookie policy.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only when a service provider is needed to operate the website, email, or a consulting engagement, subject to that provider's privacy obligations.

4. Client data in engagements

Consulting engagements are governed by a separate services agreement and scoped-access terms. Client business data accessed during an engagement is used only for the agreed work, is not stored outside agreed systems, and access can be revoked by the client.

5. Retention

Inquiry information is kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain reasonable business records. You may request deletion.

6. Your rights
