About Amplified Insights

Built to close the gap between AI availability and operational value.

Most companies do not need more AI enthusiasm. They need someone who can understand how the operation works, fix what sits underneath the technology, and stay accountable through implementation.

The operating thesis

AI adoption is usually a systems problem.

Copilot and other AI tools struggle when they are pointed at disorganized information, unclear ownership, and processes that were never redesigned around what the technology can do.

Amplified Insights works one layer deeper.

  • Understand the real workflow before recommending technology
  • Fix the data and permissions the system depends on
  • Build working automations and reporting, not just advice
  • Measure the operational result in the client's own environment

Aiden Noronha

Aiden is a Data Analyst with over six years of hands-on experience across data engineering, business intelligence, workflow automation, AI configuration, and operational reporting — consistently delivering measurable impact for the teams and organizations he works with.

His delivery background includes SQL, Snowflake, DB2 and AS400 environments, Power BI and DAX, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot Studio, LLM integrations, and RAG-style knowledge systems.

Four companies have worked with him to reduce manual work, improve visibility, introduce AI workflows, and build stronger KPI reporting. Amplified Insights is young, founder-led, and intentionally honest about its scale.

What stays different

Direct responsibility from diagnosis through delivery.

Founder-led

The person listening to the problem is the same person responsible for the technical recommendation and the build.

Platform-neutral

No software resale incentives or preferred-vendor commissions shape the recommendation.

Scoped and measurable

Access stays controlled by the client, and every implementation is tied to an observable operational outcome.
